Patient information is stored in secure, password-protected practice management software hosted on encrypted servers located in Australia. Paper records are kept in locked storage. Access is restricted to authorised staff and contracted clinicians on a need-to-know basis. We retain clinical records for the period required by Australian dental regulations (minimum 7 years for adults).
We use your information to provide and administer your treatment, communicate with you about appointments and consultations, process health-fund and Medicare claims, comply with legal obligations, and (with your consent) send you relevant practice updates. We do not sell your personal information.
